Biography
Ms. David has served in private practice and as corporate counsel for companies in the engineering and construction industry for 25 years. She has extensive experience in compliance, contract negotiation, labor and employment law, government contracts, mergers and acquisitions, and litigation. Prior to Ms. David’s current role, she served as Chief Compliance Counsel for CB&I. Ms. David joined CB&I in 2013 through the acquisition of The Shaw Group Inc. where she served as the company’s first and only Chief Compliance Officer.
