Biography
Mr. Sinicropi has more than 27 years of experience in Finance and Operations. He served CBLPath as a consultant for six months prior to joining the company in January 2010 as Chief Operating Officer. Previously Mr. Sinicropi was Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Del Laboratories, Inc., a leading manufacturer and marketer of cosmetics and OTC pharmaceuticals with leading brands such as Sally Hansen and Orajel. Mr. Sinicropi's other former positions include Chief Financial Officer of IdeaSphere, Inc., a top provider of natural and organic supplements, and Chief Financial Officer of SI Corporation, an international marketer and manufacturer of polypropylene fabrics and fibers. IdeaSphere acquired Twin Laboratories Inc., where he was Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Additionally, Mr. Sinicropi's experience includes 10 years with the international accounting firm of Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an M.B.A. in Accounting from St. John's University and a B.A. in Economics from Fordham University.
