Biography
Mr. Stephen J. Hickox, also known as Steve, PE, BCEE serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer at CDM Smith Inc. Mr. Hickox served as Senior Vice President at CDM Smith Inc. Mr. Hickox has more than 40 years of experience helping public-sector clients solve the financial, technical and regulatory challenges of complex environment & infrastructure projects. He served as the Group President of Public Services Group, North America East and Latin America at CDM. He holds a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Merrimack College and an M.S. in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University.
