Holly Coulter

Biography

 Holly is co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Ce3 Inc. She is responsible for strategy and delivery of clinical research services. Holly has been engaged for over 30 years in pharmaceutical research. For 21 of those years she worked at Bayer Pharmaceutical Healthcare and later at Purdue Pharma LP holding domestic and international positions in development operations, business operations, human resources and training. As a Global Vice President at Bayer she oversaw operations such as Data Management, Statistics, Clinical Systems, Integrated Analysis, and Project and Portfolio Management for the Global Product Development Organization. Holly received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology/Biology from the University of Vermont and a Master of Community Health and Medicine from the University of Connecticut.
