Research Interest
Neil Bhowick, PhD, examines the role of tissue fibroblastic cells in epithelial cancer initiation and progression. He is knowledgeable in stromal-epithelial interactions, prostate cancer progression and mediators of metastatic progression in bone through the use of in vivo model systems. Bhowick is currently working on the development of biomarkers that distinguish indolent and aggressive prostate cancer.
