Biography
Lawrence (Larry) Samuels has more than 40 years of experience in corporate services law. Currently he serves as General Counsel for Celltex Therapeutics Corporation. After earning his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Chicago (1968), he received his Juris Doctor degree from Harvard University Law School in 1971. As General Counsel for Celltex, Mr. Samuels advises management on all aspects of legal and regulatory matters and works directly with senior management in the area of acquisitions.
