Biography
Ardy Arianpour is a genomics pioneer and visionary commercial leader with more than 14+ years of experience in the biotech industry. He has a distinguished track record of transforming start-up companies into established and recognized multimillion-dollar enterprises and launching disrupting molecular diagnostic tests. Arianpour is founder and managing partner of Octyne Inc., a global healthcare and technology consulting firm. Previously, Arianpour was chief commercial officer of Pathway Genomics and senior vice president of business development for Ambry Genetics and helped lead the companies through periods of tremendous growth. Throughout his career, Arianpour has served in senior business and commercial roles, including for Clinical Data (acquired for $1.2 billion by Forest Laboratories), Cogenics (acquired by Beckman Coulter) and Eurogentec North America (acquired by Kaneka, a Japanese chemical company). He holds a bachelor’s degree in biological sciences from the University of California, Irvine, and an MBA in strategic management from Marshall Goldsmith School of Management.
