Biography
Mike was most recently head of Celmatix R&D efforts. He remains an active advisor and continues to work closely with the team on algorithm development and statistical analysis. Prior to his work at Celmatix, Mike was the Senior Director of Biostatistics at CardioDx, where he developed the Corus CAD test, the first blood based molecular diagnostic for coronary disease. Previously, he was director of biostatistics at Gene Logic, which at that time had the largest genomic database in the world, and was a reviewer and team leader at the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research. He received an undergraduate degree in Statistics from the University of California at Berkeley and a PhD in Biostatistics from the Harvard University School of Health. Besides research/science, he plays pool and soccer.
