Biography
Dr. Helfer’s primary research interests relate to translational cancer immunotherapy, promoting the development of cellular therapeutics, and the advancement of future scientists. Dr. Helfer completed her Ph.D. in Cancer Cell Biology in the Mary Babb Randolph Cancer Center at the West Virginia University Health Science Center, and her B.A. in Biology and German from Washington and Jefferson College in Washington, PA.
