Biography
Mr. Anderson has served as a member of our Board since 2003. He was Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development of Baxter International, Inc., a pharmaceutical company, from 1999 until 2002, and held various management positions at Baxter International from 1992 to 1999, including President, Biotech Group from 1992 until 1997, Group Vice President from 1993 until 1997 and Chairman, Baxter Europe from 1997 until 1999. Mr. Anderson is currently a director of Lake Forest Hospital and a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of Baxter International. Mr. Anderson has served as a member of our Board since 2003.
