Dave Snelgrove

Biography

 Mr. Snelgrove is the Planning and Right-of-Way Manager for CFA. He came to CFA with more than 27 years of experience in professional land use planning and right-of-way management and acquisition in Nevada and northeast California. Dave has worked on a variety of land planning projects, including master plan and zoning code revisions, specific plans and entitlement requests and processing for most types of land development projects, public infrastructure, public facility needs assessments, planned unit developments and preliminary site investigation studies.
