Gary L. Mcarthur

Biography

 Gary McArthur is the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) for CH2M. Located in Denver, Colorado, he has full responsibility for the global financial and information technology operations for the firm, including accounting, treasury, tax, corporate development, financial reporting and information technology. Gary has more than 30 years of accounting and finance experience, his last eight as the Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Harris Corporation, a New York Stock Exchange listed Fortune 500 international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial customers. During his 17 years with Harris, Gary served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and Vice President and Director of Corporate Development, in addition to his role of CFO. Gary served as Vice President of Finance and Treasurer and also Vice President and Director of Corporate Development. Prior to joining Harris, he served as Chief Financial Officer of 3D EYE, Inc., Executive Director (Mexico) and Director of Corporate Development at Nextel, Associate for Corporate Finance at Lehman Brothers, Inc. and emerging business consultant and staff accountant at Deloitte & Touche. Gary has extensive experience in leading global finance and accounting organizations, Securities Exchange Commission and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance; corporate strategy; mergers, acquisitions and divestitures; banking; enterprise risk management and investor relations. Education Gary has a master’s degree in business administration from the Harvard Busines School, a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Utah and is a Certified Public Accountant.
