Robert H. Wolfe

Biography

 Mr. Robert H. Wolfe has been Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary at Chart Industries, Inc. since November 4, 2016. Mr. Wolfe served as Assistant General Counsel, Western Hemisphere of Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. N. V. since April 1, 2004. He served as the Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company ('CBIC') from November 1996 to April 1 2004. Mr. Wolfe has been employed with Chart Energy & Chemicals, Inc since 2011, serving as the Assistant General Counsel. Mr. Wolfe had over 30 years of legal experience with several top engineering, construction and procurement firms including, most recently, URS Energy & Construction, Inc. Mr. Wolfe Secretary of Chicago Bridge & Iron Company B.V. ('CB&I B.V.'). From June 1996 to November 1996, Mr. Wolfe served as a private consultant to Rust Engineering & Construction Inc. ('Rust').
