Biography

Mr. Douglas G. DelGrosso, also known as Doug, has been the Chief Executive Officer of Chassix Holdings, Inc. since January 4, 2016. Mr. DelGrosso has been Chief Executive Officer of Chassix Inc since February 8, 2016 and serves as its President. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Henniges Automotive, Inc. (now Henniges Automotive North America, Inc.) since August 1, 2012. He has nearly 30 years experience operating in the automotive industry. He served as Vice President & General Manager of Global Braking & Suspensions at TRW Corporation. From 2007 to 2010, he oversaw TRW's North American Braking & Suspension Operations. He served as the Chief Operating Officer and President of Lear Corp., from May 18, 2005 to August 14, 2007 and served as its President and Chief Operating Officer of Europe Asia and Africa since August 2002 and President and Chief Operating Officer of the Americas since August 1, 2004. He served as an Executive Vice President of International of Lear Corp., since September 2001, Senior Vice President of Product Focus Group since October 2000, Senior Vice President and President of North American and South American Operations since May 1999, Senior Vice President of Interior Systems Group and Seat Trim Division since January 1999, Vice President and President of GM Division since May 1997 and also served as Vice President and President of Chrysler Division since December 1995. He served as President of DaimlerChrysler Division of Lear as well as Interior Systems and Electronics divisions Director of Product Engineering since 1991. Mr. DelGrosso began his career with Lear in 1984 as a Design Engineer and has progressively advanced to positions of increasing responsibility. He served as Director of Lincoln Educational Services Corporation from December 4, 2014 to August 5, 2015. He has been a Director of Chassix Holdings, Inc. since January 2016. He holds Bachelor of Science degree from Lawrence Technological University in Mechanical Engineering and Master of Business Administration from Michigan State University.
