Lynnette Van Orden

Biography

 As the CHG Senior Customer Relations Specialist supporting Weatherby Healthcare, Lynnette is the positive, engaging voice clients hear when they need help or support. She has always believed that a smile goes a long way, and for Lynnette this is literally true. She started working at CHG Healthcare more than 12 years ago and attributes her longevity to the relationships she has cultivated with clients and coworkers. “The relationships we have are awesome,” she says. “My leaders here are the bomb; they know how to motivate us and how to have fun.” While growing up in Great Falls, Montana, Lynnette developed a love for the outdoors. Despite having a desk job, that love continues in the form of hiking, biking, golfing, and playing with her dog Maggie. Given Lynnette’s gift of gab, people who know her might be surprised to learn that she hates public speaking. If she ever slows down, Lynnette says she’d like to take up scrapbooking.
