Biography
According to his parents, Shawn told everyone in preschool he wanted to be a tiger when he grew up. But that changed in elementary school when he decided to build robots instead. And though robots don’t captivate him quite like they did, Shawn still loves to build and tinker with things, at work and at play. In fact, one of Shawn’s favorite aspects of his job as Interactive Marketing Manager is experimenting with new ways to reach candidates online. “That and having a great team and awesome leaders,” he adds. When he’s not finding better ways to help the company grow, Shawn enjoys the challenge of fixing gadgets or tackling a home improvement project. Shawn also appreciates live music, having grown up in the Seattle area when the music scene was hopping. When he’s not at an outdoor concert, there’s a good chance you’ll find Shawn snowboarding, going on a bike ride, or just flying a kite.
