Ms. Marsha C. Williams is Non-Executive Chairman at Fifth Third Bancorp, Lead Independent Director at Modine Manufacturing Co. and Member-Supervisory Board at Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. NV. She is on the Board of Directors at Modine Manufacturing Co., Chicago Bridge & Iron Co. NV and Fifth Third Bank (Cincinnati, Ohio). Ms. Williams was previously employed as Chief Financial Officer & Senior Vice President by Orbitz Worldwide, Inc., Chief Financial Officer & Executive Vice President by Equity Office Properties Trust, Chief Administrative Officer by Euromarket Designs, Inc., Treasurer & Vice President by Amoco Corp., Treasurer & Vice President by Carson Pirie Scott & Co., and Vice President & Head-Retailing Companies Division by First National Bank of Chicago (Illinois).
