Biography
R. Scott Morgan joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in March 1999. Prior to this position he was vice president and chief financial officer of Central Properties which owned several short line railroads. Previously, he was vice president and controller of the Chicago and North Western Transportation Company. He is a member of the AICPA and the Illinois CPA Society.
