Biography
Thomas Leopold joined Anacostia Rail Holdings Company in July 2006. He is a Certified Safety Professional (CSP) and in 2014 received the ASLRRA Safety Professional of the Year award. He has over 30 years of experience leading safety programs in the rail, aerospace and defense industries. Mr. Leopold is a member of the ASLRRA Safety and Training Committee, AAR Risk Management Committee and the Railroad Advisory Board at Johnson County Community College. His previous railroad experience includes various safety roles at Burlington Northern, BNSF and Kansas City Southern. University of Wisconsin (BS); University of Minnesota (MS)
