Stuart Mcguire

Biography

Stuart McGuire joined Chiltern’s business development department in 2000 after working in malaria research at the University of Surrey, where he graduated with a BSc in chemistry. McGuire is a long-standing employee at Chiltern and has risen to positions of increasing responsibility based on his excellent track record in business development. Since 2009, McGuire has successfully overseen and expanded the global business development team. Through his leadership and focus, Chiltern has enjoyed significant business growth and established many successful client relationships and strategic partnerships. McGuire is based in Slough, UK. 

Research Interest

He is expert in small-molecule drug development and in the use of genetic model systems in drug discovery and has deep experience in translational research focused on drug development and the use of genetic markers to predict drug sensitivity.
