Biography
Mr. Kacer has over 30 years’ experience as a “C level” executive with full P&L and operational responsibilities for several industrial and manufacturing companies in various industries, including start-ups with exits in excess of $50MM. He received his bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Florida State University and was recruited by Arthur Andersen & Co., a worldwide CPA firm, where he began his professional career. He has successfully managed and led IPO transactions as well as related responsibilities for SEC Reporting and Investor Relations. He has also successfully completed several mergers, acquisitions and sales of companies.
