Biography
George is a Distributed and System z professional with over 40 years of experience in applications and systems programming. George has been focused on Software Asset Management and Cost Management in the Mainframe and Distributed space since Y2K. He currently servers as a Software Asset Management Practice Lead within the CleanSlate Software Asset Management services group and is recognized as one of the few subject matter experts in North America in the deployment and usage of IBM’s Tivoli Asset Discovery for z/OS and IBM License Metric Tool. George’s previous 10 years was with IBM assisting customers in the development of sound Asset Management programs and practices. George has been called in to support some of the hardest customer engagements and with his calming nature and expertise is always instrumental in achieving their success criteria. Born in Barbados, raised in Toronto Canada, and now living in Las Vegas, George’s additional passions include RVing across the US with his amazing wife Micheline, home building, and golfing with his budding professional golfer son, Ryan. George is also a die hard Toronto Maple Leaf fan — “GO LEAFs GO!”.
