Biography
"Jeremy Genovese is an Associate Professor of Human Development and Educational Psychology in the Department of Curriculum and Foundations. He earned his PhD from Cleveland State University in 2000. He has a master s degree in biological anthropology from Kent State University and a BA in anthropology from Cleveland State. In addition, he is certified in secondary mathematics. His research interests include behavioral learning theory, memory, memory improvement, behavior genetics, individual differences, meditation, yoga, and evolutionary psychology. His research on the Flynn Effect was recently cited in both James Flynn's book Are We Getting Smarter? Rising IQ in the Twenty-First Century and Steven Pinker's book The Better Angels of Our Nature. He lives in Beachwood with his wife Teresa M. Kammerman, MD. "
