Biography
Obed pasha earned his joint PhD in Public Policy and Administration from Georgia Institute of Technology and Georgia State University in 2014. His research focuses on determining the impact of performance management reforms in criminal justice, healthcare, and public transportation. His doctoral dissertation looks at the effectiveness of several management best practices adopted by local police agencies in the U.S.
