As the Managing Principal of CLA Search, Jan brings over 30 years of experience in the Executive Search industry and fundamentally believes that without the right leadership talent, no organization will successfully achieve their strategic and business goals. In addition, Jan serves as Managing Principal of CLA's Firmwide Community &Civic Involvement and is responsible for strategic leadership to drive CLA's commitment to strengthening our local communities.
