Jessie Koepplin

Biography

Jessie provides assurance, tax and consulting services to non-public entities including software, technology, and manufacturing entities and various other emerging growth organizations. Jessie has extensive experience assisting companies, with regard to their revenue recognition practices particularly for software/SaaS companies, inventory management, capitalized software development costs, stock-based compensation and a variety of other accounting issues. Jessie also works with businesses with complex ownership structures including venture capital, private equity and public company investments in private companies.
