Kristine Reddy

Biography

Kristine is a Controller/CFO with CLA’s Public Sector Group where she serves as CFOfor several nonprofit organizations.  She is active in Minneapolis Non-Profit Outsourcing management assisting with coaching and training staff, hiring, proposals and leads the quality review work in Minneapolis Non-Profit Outsourcing. Kristine works with clients to prepare accounting records, manage annual audits, implement grants management planning and compliance procedures, create budgets, and work with boards of directors and finance committees to meet organizational objectives. Prior to joining CLA, Kristine served as a General Field Representative, Rural Development and Rural Utilities Services for the United States Department of Agriculture where she was responsible for project management overseeing the construction of over $240M in loan and grant-funded broadband projects. Kristine has taught financial accounting and auditing courses as adjunct and community faculty at both the University of Minnesota, Carlson School of Business, and Metropolitan State University. Kristine spent 7 years providing accounting services as a self-employed CPA.  Kristine started her career as a staff, senior, and manager with Olsen, Thielen & Co., LTD, a Twin-Cities based public accounting firm.
