Biography
Wilkie began her career in research in 1989 with a product, research and development company in Benton Harbor, MI. From there, she took her services to Whirlpool Corporate Center in the product research and marketing area where she worked directly with the company’s major products division. Upon entering the Minnesota area, Wilkie transferred interests to the recruiting sector and has been working with CliftonLarsonAllen Search at first as the Research Consultant and then progressing to Firm Administrator and assisting Managing Principal, Jan Kruchoski, for the past 13 years. CliftonLarsonAllen Search conducts leadership searches in both the public and private sector across a broad range of industries and functional areas nationwide with an emphasis on small to medium, privately-held organizations. CliftonLarsonAllen Search specializes in senior management (C-level, Presidents, Vice Presidents, Directors, etc.) as well as trustee searches.
