Paul Carlson

Biography

Paul is a senior with CliftonLarsonAllen in the Manufacturing and Distribution Group. He joined CliftonLarsonAllen in 2014 and provides assurance and tax services to privately-held clients in the manufacturing, distribution, retail, and technology industries which include companies with domestic and global operations. Additionally, Paul has worked with CliftonLarsonAllen’s Transaction Advisory Group since 2015. Paul specializes in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations as well as business and individual tax services, buy side quality of earnings and sell side quality of earnings.
