Biography
Over the years, Dan’s role at Collins evolved as he took on leadership positions and earned his MBA at the Keller Graduate School of Management. He most recently served as Executive Vice President and was responsible for the day-to-day operations of the company. He guided the expansion of Collins from a single location to multiple offices in four divisions across the country with over 200 full-time employees. He also had oversight of the human resources and accounting departments as they grew to support the evolving firm. Dan has played a critical role in growing Collins into a multi-disciplined firm serving a broad range of clients. Realizing the importance of technology in the engineering industry, he led Collins’ efforts in the development of numerous mapping and computer applications to aid clients in managing their operations and assets. As President, Dan continues to guide the day-to-day operations as well as the development of the strategic business goals that will continue to advance the success of the company.
