Mark J. Mutziger

Biography

 He has been instrumental in the successful completion of some of the largest construction projects in the Wisconsin DOT’s history including the Marquette Interchange and Hoan Bridge reconstruction projects. Clients have selected him to manage complex and diverse projects such as serving as the Owner’s representative for the City of Milwaukee Design Build Wisconsin Avenue and Juneau Avenue movable bridges reconstruction project. Recently, Mark assumed the Regional Manager role for Collins’ Milwaukee office where he oversees the design, construction management, and bridge and sign structure inspection efforts.
