Thomas M. Collins

Biography

 Tom has experience negotiating complex construction contracting issues including acceleration, claims, dispute resolution, and major post-let plan changes. Currently, Tom is serving as the Board Chairman of Wisconsin Construction Partners—Zoo, JV, and as the project leader overseeing over fifteen separately let projects as a part of the $1.4 billion Zoo Interchange Project in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.   Since joining Collins full-time in 2000, Tom has advanced from Project Engineer to Project Manager to Regional Manager in the Milwaukee, Wisconsin, office. As Executive Vice President, he will continue to oversee mega construction projects in addition to handling corporate duties.
