Biography
He is a 1970 graduate of James Madison High School in Brooklyn, New York. He received his B.A. in Political Science from Franklin College of Indiana (1974), and his M.A. and Ph.D. in Political Science from the State University of New York in Buffalo (1977; 1979).
Research Interest
Public management, policy analysis, environmental policy, management innovation, and sustainability management.
