Biography
"Andrew Smyth is a Civil Engineer specializing in Structural Mechanics with special emphasis on system identification problems and their potential application in the assessment and control of structures. He obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Southern California in May 1998. His dissertation focused on Nonlinear System Identification and Modeling for Structural Control."
