Brad Griffith

Biography

Brad Griffith joined Compass Minerals as senior vice president, plant nutrition, in August 2016. Mr. Griffith is responsible for leading the company’s plant nutrition division, and delivering on its growth and profitability objectives in North America and South America. In this role, Mr. Griffith is focused on initiatives to drive product innovation, develop customer and collaborator relationships and build sales and distribution strategies. He is also responsible for the safety, productivity and efficiency of the company’s plant nutrition operations. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Griffith spent eight years working at Monsanto Company, a global provider of agricultural products, most recently in the role of vice president, global strategic accounts. He brings valuable agribusiness experience in the areas of product development, new product commercialization, sales and marketing, and global strategy. While at Monsanto he was responsible for fostering relationships with key customers. Previously Mr. Griffith had a lengthy career in pharmaceutical and medical sales, where he held positions of increasing responsibility, most recently at Sanofi. Mr. Griffith holds a bachelor’s degree from University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana. He earned his master’s degree from Washington University, John M. Olin School of Business in St. Louis, Missouri.
