Biography
Alisa has an uncanny ability to keep a level head during stressful situations. For example, she didn't even lose her cool the time she walked barefoot across a bed of red-hot coals. This calm approach to challenges has served her well throughout her decades of business leadership. Growing up in Utah, Alisa originally wanted to follow her mother's footsteps and become a school educator. Then she caught the entrepreneurial bug at a young age and realized that as a business leader she could get the best of both worlds—achieving entrepreneurial goals while also mentoring the members of her team. Alisa graduated from the University of Utah with a degree in business management. She also earned an MBA from the University of Phoenix. She joined the CompHealth team in 2006 as a sales manager. With her passion for helping others reach their full potential, Alisa has been a tremendous leader.
