Biography
David learned at a young age the importance of surrounding himself with supportive people. Throughout his life, family and friends have helped him conquer challenges and achieve his goals. David uses this same collaborative approach as a CompHealth leader, striving to help his teammates grow both personally and professionally. A native of Utah, David attended Brigham Young University and graduated with a degree in psychology. His work at CompHealth has mainly been in the sales arena, developing teams and leaders. He also focuses on strengthening our centralized business partner teams. David, his wife, and their four children are all big sports fans. Basketball is a particular favorite and the Finches can often be found at local games. They also enjoy watching movies together and spending time exploring new areas of Utah
