Carlos Hagler

Biography

Growing up on a farm in a small town in Alabama taught Carlos important lessons about work and responsibility. But he never planned on a lifetime of farming. At a young age Carlos committed to himself that he’d take the values he’d learned from his parents and apply them to the business. After graduating from Troy University in his home state of Alabama, Carlos began his sales career. His leadership style at CompHealth is based on our core value of Putting People First. Each morning, Carlos walks through the office and says hello to each member of his team. He focuses on his people’s needs and helps them develop professionally. This people-first approach is then reflected by the recruiters on his team, benefiting the healthcare facilities and healthcare providers who work with CompHealth. ​While Carlos no longer lives on the family farm, he treasures his small-town roots. His favorite parts of the country are rustic places where the scenery is gorgeous and the lifestyle is slow. He always enjoys spending time with his family. Several years ago his oldest son was diagnosed with cancer, and now the family participates in fundraising for the Sarcoma Foundation of America.
