David Hill

Biography

David was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah, one of eight children. He enjoyed being part of a large family and learned at an early age to embrace a personal set of values that puts other people’s needs before your own. When David joined CompHealth he felt a connection with the company’s core values and invited members of his family to also join the company. Two of his brothers heeded the call and are now part of the CompHealth family.   David earned a bachelor of finance degree from the University of Utah and then began work at CompHealth in 2003. He’s a voracious learner, taking advantage of the company’s tuition reimbursement program to earn an MBA and become a CBIP (Certified Business Intelligence Professional) through TDWI. As a leader, David strives to tailor his approach to each team member and form a strong partnership. His greatest reward is helping others to set goals, offering them steady support, and then watching them experience success.   Outside of work, David loves spending time with his wife and their five children. They enjoy the outdoors and spend much of each summer camping in Utah’s wilderness. David is also into all kinds of motorsports. He can regularly be found on an ATV at the sand dunes or jet skiing on one of Utah’s many reservoirs.​
