Lisa Grabl

Biography

Lisa was likely the only aspiring fashion designer in the small Utah mining town where she grew up. In an area where coal was so prominent that teenagers attend Carbon High School, she saw fashion design as a unique and beautiful art. Demonstrating an early aptitude for business, she also loved the idea that something she created could bring in profits. After graduating from Utah State University, Lisa worked for a time in fashion retail management. Seeking an opportunity to make more of a positive difference in the world, she joined CompHealth in 2001. She still draws on lessons from her small-town upbringing, such as the value of getting to know people and the lasting power of relationships. She helps her team reach their highest potential, emphasizing that when they fill an open position they’ve performed a crucial service because a patient’s health is on the line. ​Lisa loves to travel, typically to places with beaches. She’s an avid cook and grows many of the ingredients in her garden. Her favorite recipes have been passed down from her Italian grandmother, and her specialty is lasagna. She also enjoys paddleboarding and can often be found cruising on the water with her husband, Mark, and son Max.
