Joseph R. Angileri

Biography

  ackground Mr. Joseph R. Angileri, also known as Joe has been Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of Compuware Corporation since June 15, 2013. Mr. Angileri served as the President and Chief Operating Officer at Compuware Corporation since June 20, 2011 until June 2013. Prior to joining Compuware, Mr. Angileri has more than 26 years of professional experience with Deloitte and served as its Managing Partner of the Michigan region. His roles at Deloitte were: National Managing Partner and Chief Executive Officer for Corporate Finance, member of the U.S. Firms Operating Committee and National Managing Partner for Strategic Relationship Management. Mr. Angileri served public and private organizations including Meritor Automotive, Dow Chemical Corporation, Penske Corporation and more. He serves on the Boards of Directors for six not-for-profit organizations, including Junior Achievement, the Michigan Opera Theatre and the Detroit Regional Chamber of Commerce. Mr. Angileri also served on Deloitte’s U.S. board of directors. He also holds positions with the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants and the United Way Campaign Committee. Mr. Angileri received a J.D. from Wayne State University to accompany his BS in Business from Oakland University. He maintains his CPA.
