Robert C. Paul

Biography

 Mr. Robert C. Paul, also known as Bob, has been the President of Compuware Corporation since June 26, 2013. Mr. Paul served as the Chief Executive Officer of Compuware Corporation since June 20, 2011. He leads Compuware Corp's worldwide products and services operations, its transformational Compuware 2.0 initiative and a number of other key functions, such as product management, marketing and communications, technical sales support, and recruiting, training and career development. He is a business leader with a proven knack for building healthy companies with strong growth. He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Compuware Corporation from April 1, 2008 to June 2011. He served as the Chief Operating Officer of Compuware Covisint at Compuware Corp. since January 26, 2006. He served as the Chief Executive Officer and President at Covisint Corporation (Covisint LLC) at Compuware Corp., since March 2004. He served as Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Covisint since October 2001. He joined Compuware in March 2004 as a result of Compuware Corp.'s acquisition of Covisint. He joined Covisint in October of 2001 and Played a key role in its restructuring. Mr. Paul served as President of SYNAPZ, a division of Future Three Corporation, and as President and Chief Operating Officer of Coherent Networks International (Coherent Networks, IncorporatedCNI). He served as Chairman of Covisint Corporation since November 2012 until October 31, 2014 and as its Director from April 2008 to December 2014. He has been a Director of Compuware Corporation since March 2010 and CareTech Solutions, Inc. since June 2013. From February 2007 to July 2007, he served as a Director of Blackhawk Systems, Inc. Mr. Paul also served on the board of directors of the Oakland University Business School. He speaks on IT and healthcare trends at business schools and industry events all over the world and chairs a number of charity programs in the region. He also sits on the Governor of Michigan’s Healthcare IT commission. He is a play soccer and retired from 25 years of coaching. He is a golfer and was University of Michigan club rugby player. Mr. Paul attended Aquinas College and the University of Michigan.
