Biography
Bill acquired Conard in 1997 and is involved with the financial and planning functions. Since 1984 Bill has also been the President and owner of Fox Financial Corp. in New Canaan, CT which invests in closely held operating businesses & commercial real estate and provides corporate advisory services and financing. Previously, he was a Manager with Price Waterhouse’s Management Consulting Department I New York City and was a Vice President & Director of Diversified Holdings Corp. He received BA and MBA degrees from Iona College and is a CPA. He is currently President of the PhotoChemical Machining Institute.
