Biography
Mr. Teno has 30+ years experience in industrial, technology and defense industries., he has held full P&L responsibility for multi-site, multi-national businesses exceeding $100 million in annual sales. He has strengths in international business, operations, finance, M&A, strategic planning and supply chain development. Mr. Teno’s international business experience includes setting up Greenfield manufacturing sites in Southeast Asia, rationalizing multi-site operations and establishing low cost, high performance supply chains. A skilled team leader, negotiator and manager of complex projects, he has secured tax incentives in the US and abroad, established and managed multinational Joint Venture companies, negotiated and managed multiple $50M+ contracts and completed multiple acquisitions. An experienced lean and six sigma practitioner, Mr. Teno has an MBA from Wharton and a BSME from MIT.
