Biography

Edwin F. Negron Carballo is a Certified Public Accountant and holds an MBA from a “Top Tier”Business School. He is also a Certified Mergers & Acquisitions Advisor. Has over 25 years of International Finance & Operations experience with emphasis in the following industries: Healthcare-Medical Devices, Industrial Metals, Electronics, Manufacturing, Consumer Goods, Outsourced Services and Telecommunications. Mr. Negron has expertise in all major areas of Finance & Accounting as follows: Treasury, Controllership, Financial Reporting, Strategic Planning, Financial Analysis, Tax Compliance & Planning, F/X and Insurance Risk Management, Capital Budgeting, Management Information Systems. He also has expertise in the operations area as it relates to: logistics, importing/exporting requirements, inventory planning & management, development of processes & control activities to properly safeguard assets and establish enterprise reporting systems. Mr. Negron started his career in Public Accounting with tenure at KPMG-Peat Marwick. He has subsequently held Senior Management positions for World Class organizations such as: Frito-Lay, Energizer, Tyco/Covidien Healthcare and Sodexo. In his career Mr. Negron has been directly engaged in both the Finance and Operations’ areas providing him with significant experience in all business aspects. He has held positions of increasing responsibility most recently as Senior VP of Finance for a $600Million operation in the US and CFO for South America for a $1.2 Billion operation in 7 countries. Mr. Negron is Fully Bilingual in English & Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, he also has higher educational teaching experience. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, LA with a major in Accounting.
