Biography
Bill provides consulting services with a concentration in Lean Business Processes and facilitating the design, development, and implementation of Enterprise-Wide Lean methodologies. He is a program leader for the Continuous Improvement Champion Certification (CICC) Program and a core instructor for the CONNSTEP LEADS Program (Leveraging Executive Ability to Deploy Strategy). He provides both classroom and hands-on, on-site training and facilitation.
