Bill Kirchherr

Biography

Bill consults with manufacturing companies, concentrating on Lean Manufacturing. He has worked on value stream mapping, work cell design, work flow, Kanban, 5S, set-up reduction, and problem solving in both shop and front office environments. He provides both classroom and hands-on training, and he also facilitates the design, development, and implementation of Enterprise-Wide Lean methodologies.
