Biography
Jim’s background includes more than 14 years in a variety of operational positions in both manufacturing and residential construction, where he implemented and led QMS processes. In addition to his experience in ISO/TS standards, Jim has considerable experience in leading Lean & Six Sigma projects, with a focus on integrating the QMS and Continuous Improvement processes of a manufacturing business.
