Biography
Mr. Trond-Erik Johansen serves as the President of Alaska at ConocoPhillips Company. Mr. Johansen served as President of ConocoPhillips Alaska, Inc. since April 1, 2010. He is the President of Alaska at ConocoPhillips Co., Inc. Mr. Johansen served as President of Southeast Asia, Exploration and Production. Mr. Johansen joined ConocoPhillips Company in Stavanger, Norway in 1986 and served a variety of petroleum engineering, project engineering and operations leadership positions in Stavanger, Aberdeen, New Orleans and Houston. In 2001, Mr. Johansen served as General Manager for drilling and production, supply chain, HSE and the Britannia Field asset. In 2002, he moved back to Norway, served as Operations Manager for the Ekofisk field and later, General Manager for the greater Ekofisk area. He served as Managing Director for ConocoPhillips, Norway in 2005. In early 2007, Mr. Johansen moved to Jakarta where he led the Indonesian business unit until April 2008 when he served as President of Asia Pacific, Exploration and Production, based in Singapore. He served as Member of Council at Stiftelsen Det Norske Veritas. He is a Reserve Officer in the Norwegian Army. Mr. Johansen holds Master of Science in Petroleum Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology in Trondheim and a Master of Business Administration from MIT, Cambridge, Mass.
