Paul L. Remmell

Biography

Mr. Paul L. Remmell has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of CooperSurgical Inc., a subsidiary of The Cooper Companies Inc. since January 2012 and December 2004, respectively. Mr. Remmell served as its Chief Operating Officer of CooperSurgical, Inc. from October 2000 to January 2012 and its President of CooperSurgical since 1991 until December 2004. He has over 20 years of financial management experience of increasing responsibilities to bear in the management of the CooperSurgical's business operations as well as providing guidance in the analysis of merger and acquisition candidates. Mr. Remmell served as Vice President of Finance - CooperSurgical unit of The Cooper Companies Inc. from 1991 to January 2005. Mr. Remmell serves as Chairman of Supervisory Board at ORIGIO a/s and has been its Director since August 2012.
